ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney

Multiple Locations including Remote/Hybrid

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an experienced attorney to join our established Employee Benefits/ERISA practice.  This position does not require an in-office presence so the candidate may be located in any of our offices or may be fully remote or hybrid.  

We represent and advise employers concerning their retirement and welfare benefit plans with respect to all ERISA and Internal Revenue Code matters, including plan design, regulatory compliance, executive compensation, IRS and DOL corrections and governmental audits, as well as employee benefits issues in business transactions, acquisitions and dispositions.  The ideal candidate will have at least five  years’ of relevant experience.

The salary for this position is estimated to be $160,000 to $215,000 for a fifth year candidate, depending on experience and location.  Estimated salary ranges increase for candidates with more than five years’ experience, and are dependent upon a number of relevant factors including location, book of business, specific experience and the like.
