Finance Coordinator
Fennemore has an excellent opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join our Accounting team in our Phoenix office. The Finance Coordinator supports the accounting team with a wide-variety of functions including research, updating financial reports, and working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze and report financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Accounting Manager with researching, reversing and reallocating A/R payments;
- Maintains accounts payable voucher uploads;
- Processes and reconciles trust accounts;
- Facilitates completion of direct check requests;
- Scans and processes client check payments;
- Process attorney electronic reimbursements;
- Assists with posting month end costs;
- Calculation of monthly compensation for attorneys who are on special pay arrangements;
- Works with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze and report financial data;
- Assists and backs up Accounts Receivable; and
- Maintains and updates other financial reports, as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related finance experience required;
- Proficiency in the common collection of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel;
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage several projects to completion on a deadline;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the firm, as well as externally with clients and other professionals; and
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Salary: $57,000.00 – $61,000.00 per year
