Fennemore, an AM Law 200 Law Firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with three to seven years of quality healthcare experience to join our team. This position does not require an in-office presence, so partially or fully remote candidates will be considered.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising providers and/or groups of providers, in matters including contract review, anti-kickback, Stark, HIPAA/HITECH, physician corporate entity formation and/or false claims actions. Please detail your experience in these areas in your cover letter.
Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based, and varies based upon multiple factors including experience and location. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $205,000. Associate attorneys are also eligible for objective and subjective bonuses.
