LEGAL OFFICE ASSISTANT – PART TIME

Fennemore has an excellent opportunity for a PART-TIME LEGAL OFFICE ASSISTANT to join our growing Reno, Nevada office.

The duties of the LEGAL OFFICE ASSISTANT include; providing reception and administrative assistance to entire office, routine reproduction jobs, closing files, and coordinating completion of projects. Some litigation experience preferred but not necessary. Minimum 20 hours per week, with availability on-call as needed. Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. This position is part-time but may convert to full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Document preparation, compilation and review;
  • Interacting with clients telephonically, in -person and via email;
  • Handling of general office administrative tasks;
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects to completion on a deadline;
  • Proficiency in the common collection of Microsoft Officer software;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour
