Jennifer Clyde is a business litigator whose practice focuses on complex litigation of contract and tort claims for both plaintiffs and defendants. Often working on legal malpractice matters involving the “case within the case,” she’s adept at handling intricate issues of causation, damages, and attorney-client privilege. Jennifer works on all aspects of litigation. She is particularly skilled in briefing dispositive motions and motions to exclude expert witnesses. During her career, she’s become a go-to attorney for cases involving a massive amount of electronic discovery and synthesizing that information into digestible portions to clearly communicate to clients and courts.
Prior to practicing law, Jennifer utilized her degree in mathematics as a consultant to a forensic accounting firm, working on civil litigation with an economic expert witness. She assisted in calculating economic damages and attacking opposing expert reports. She continues to apply that expertise in assessing damages and expert opinions in her work today. She enjoys dismantling complicated damages theories and legal issues to obtain favorable outcomes for her clients.
Outside of the office, Jennifer and her husband, Eric, an optometrist, spend their time with their two beautiful children, Sylvie and Myles, both under the age of three.
