Ross Coker

Ross Coker is a litigation associate in our Fresno office who works on a variety of case matters, such as land and lease disputes and contract disputes. He is well-versed in complex litigation cases and possesses diverse trial experience and case management of a heavy and advanced caseload, handling all assigned cases from filing to appeal, including discovery, preliminary hearings, negotiations, motions, trial and sentencing.

Growing up in Daphne, Alabama, Ross was the rare kid who actually enjoyed public speaking and excelled in high school forensics where the “stand and deliver” ethos helped to guide his path to a career in the legal profession. After attending Auburn University, he ventured to California and earned his J.D. at Pepperdine University School of Law. To this day, Ross takes great satisfaction in unraveling intricate legal questions, relishing a case precedent that is right on point.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find Ross and his wife hiking in Yosemite National Park or kayaking on Tempe Town Lake when in Arizona. Ross is also a tech geek, and musician who plays piano, guitar and bass.
