Justin R. DePaul

Justin focuses his practice in business and construction litigation, and represents owners, developers, and contractors in a variety of construction matters, including contract negotiations, bid protests, and litigation. He has represented clients at the local, state, and federal levels and has appeared before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.

One of Justin's first jobs before law was working in contracting and remodeling, where he gained an appreciation for some of the challenges of working on a construction site. Today, he has the opportunity to work with contractors and construction companies as clients.

Away from work, Justin is an avid Purdue and University of Arizona fan. He enjoys spending time outdoors, running, playing basketball and traveling.
