Amanda S. Lee

Amanda Lee is an associate attorney in our Business Litigation practice group who works out of our firm’s San Bernardino office. Her practice focuses on business, commercial, consumer, class action, real estate, and mortgage litigation; litigation cases representing small and mid-size companies, including technology providers, manufacturers, banks, loan and mortgage servicers, and real property buyers, sellers, and brokers. Amanda also represents individuals and financial institutions in cases relating to business torts and violations of consumer protection statutes. Amanda has appeared and litigated before court on successful motions and opposition briefs, including ex parte applications, demurrers, and summary judgment motions.

Raised in an immigrant family in Koreatown, Los Angeles and Orange County, California, from an early age, Amanda was unafraid to say something for people without a voice and fight back against those who chose to discriminate based on one’s ethnicity or financial status. By the time she was in high school, organizations like Model UN gave her the opportunity to utilize her love for public speaking, debate and writing – and it continues to shape her passion for the legal profession to this day. In her practice, Amanda’s clients count on her to provide strategic legal options, and to find resolutions to complex problems.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys cooking and exploring new food venues, especially when sushi is in the mix. She’s also a big fan of escape rooms, puzzles and reading. An animal lover, one day she hopes to live in a huge house, so she can adopt more cats and dogs from the streets who need a real home.
