Chris Evanoff works in our real estate practice group and focuses his practice in the area of real estate transactions, including assisting homebuilders and developers with the purchase, sale, and lease of a wide range of commercial properties, including master-plan communities, multi-family projects, and industrial projects. He also has experience with medical and dental office transactions. Chris was recently listed as one of the Valley’s "Influential Millennials in Commercial Real Estate" by AZRE Magazine.
After moving to the Valley from Ohio to work for two federal district court judges, Chris ultimately worked on federal water policy issues affecting Phoenix. As a real estate attorney, he brings these unique experiences to his practice, where he has the opportunity to participate in the continued growth of the city his family now calls home.
Although he has a litigation background, he prefers his current transactional role, helping clients achieve their goals and be successful. With its popularity as a destination for families, coupled with business-friendly practices at the state and local level, he predicts Phoenix will continue to be one of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets. Through his work as a real estate attorney, he takes great pride in seeing the tangible results of the projects he has worked on around the Valley.
Chris is a member of ULI’s Partnership Forum, active in Valley Partnership, and serves as a board member for the Tom Londen Memorial Golf Tournament, a charity tournament raising money for childhood cancer victims. He enjoys spending time with his family, and when time permits, he also enjoys golfing and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans.
