Lindsay M. Powell

Lindsay Powell is a paralegal in our Business and Finance department who works out of our Fresno office. Her work focuses on a variety of business matters, including the formation of LLCs and other business entities, mergers and acquisitions, fictitious name filings, corporate maintenance, including entity equity tracking, including stock ledgers, preparation of corporate minutes and stock records, and tracking of board/shareholder annual meeting dates.

Lindsay initially started with the firm as a receptionist, however, due to her prior experience in the finance industry and strong attention to detail she quickly moved to the firm’s accounting department. Always one to look for greater challenges, she later transitioned into the role of corporate and business transaction paralegal.

What sets Lindsay apart is her exceptional attention to detail. This trait, coupled with her unwavering determination and dedication, ensures that no stone is left unturned in any legal matter she handles.

Outside of work, when she’s not training for a marathon, you’ll find Lindsay with her paddleboard and her dog Drax, floating on a peaceful lake in the Sierras.
