She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.

Overview
Yessenia De La Rosa is a land-use paralegal who assists our clients throughout the entitlement process by providing research, drafting memorandums, managing their projects and schedules, maintaining contact with different personnel from the cities, and counties. She also assists in preparing zoning analysis, applications, and more. Additionally, she helps our receivership department by drafting pleadings, grant deeds, contacting title, and managing project workflows. Yessenia also has experience in litigation (preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, preparing court filings and research).
Yessenia started as an office service clerk while she was finishing up her bachelors at the University of La Verne, where she majored in Legal Studies and simultaneously received her paralegal certificate. She always knew she wanted to work in law, because it fascinated her so much, but as a college undergrad she had no idea what route to take. She saw an opportunity as a Paralegal, and she enjoyed it. Yessenia loved the idea that she can be in the legal field and always find room for growth.
Once she graduated, she immediately started as a Paralegal where she assisted litigation, land use, and receiverships. She has officially been at the firm for over three years and has enjoyed every part of it. Yessenia loves that law is putting all the puzzle pieces together to make sense of one big picture or outcome that she gets to be part of. She enjoys being part of the big picture at the end that provides our clients great satisfaction.
Outside of work, Yessenia loves serving the community and helping others. Her and her husband have the privilege of being the young adult pastors at their church (The Way World Outreach) where they equip young adults to live in purpose and serve the community. When she has free time, she enjoys traveling different parts of the world and trying great food with her husband.
