Fennemore, an NLJ250 law firm that helps businesses thrive, is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join its established real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and title and survey review. Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities required. This is a partnership-track position for a motivated team player who brings experience in these areas, and has excellent analytical, negotiating and drafting skills. Candidate should be licensed to practice law and in good standing. All inquiries will be kept in strict confidence.

Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based. The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 – $150,000 depending on a number of factors including experience. Associate attorneys are also eligible for profitability and subjective bonuses.
