Fennemore Wendel, an NLJ200 law firm that helps businesses thrive with an established presence of prominent trust and estate litigation lawyers in Northern California with the recent combination of Fennemore and Wendel Rosen, is seeking an attorney with at least three years’ quality experience in trust and estate litigation or civil litigation with strong interest in trust and estate litigation to join its growing Oakland office.  The position involves representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and nonprofit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters.  The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings. Candidate must have excellent writing, research, oral advocacy and discovery skills, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials. California Bar membership required.
