Civil Litigation Attorney
Oakland/Walnut Creek/Hybrid
Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with three to five years’ quality experience in business litigation to support attorneys in both the Oakland and Walnut Creek offices. The individual who fills this position may be resident in either the Oakland or Walnut Creek office, and will have the option of working remotely periodically, if desired. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, developing and implementing case strategy, and participating in court proceedings. Experience in construction litigation or employment litigation a plus, but not required. The candidate should also be a self-starter, and have demonstrated skills in writing and analysis, attention to detail, a strong academic record and excellent professional credentials. California Bar membership required.
Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based, and varies based upon multiple factors including experience and location. The estimated salary range for a third to fifth year attorney who fills this position is approximately $186,000 to $195,000 annually. Associates are also eligible for objective and subjective bonuses.
