Jordan E. Helton

As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation group, Jordan assists clients with their most challenging commercial litigation disputes from pre-litigation case assessment to resolution. She has experience representing both businesses and individuals in cases involving a variety of legal areas, including tort, contract, property, construction, real estate, and data privacy.

Prior to joining Moye White, Jordan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She also worked as a commercial litigation associate at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. During law school, Jordan served as the Executive Editor of the American University Law Review.

Before attending law school, Jordan taught English in Hangzhou, China, and worked as a communications manager for the International Rescue Committee. In her free time, Jordan enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with her husband and dog, watching Formula 1 racing, and going horseback riding.
