The American Disabilities Act (ADA) and Your Shopping Center

Wendel Rosen co-presents “Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Your Shopping Center: Has It Been 20 Years?” in a webinar on July 13, 2011 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (PDT).

Legal actions by disabled persons (and applicable governmental agencies) based on the ADA of 1990 (as amended) against shopping centers, as well as other commercial real property owners, retail tenants, financial institutions and entertainment venues that claim a denial for equal access to property, services, the web, and ancillary facilities are still going strong. Four attorneys, experienced in this area, will discuss the current status of the law and will provide some practical information to assist the property/business owner in avoiding unnecessary litigation.
