Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with at least three to five years’ quality experience in insurance coverage litigation to support our growing San Diego office.  The individual who fills this position may have the option of working remotely occasionally, if desired.  The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, developing and implementing case strategy, drafting coverage opinions, and participating in court proceedings.  The candidate should also be a self-starter, and have demonstrated skills in writing and analysis, attention to detail, a strong academic record and excellent professional credentials.  California Bar membership required.

Compensation:  Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based, and varies based upon multiple factors including experience and location.   The estimated salary for a third year attorney who fills this position is approximately $170,000 annually, plus bonuses.  Salary and bonuses increase significantly with more experience.
