Tami York

Tami York is a corporate and real estate attorney representing clients in matters involving contracting, construction law, real estate development, outside general counsel and early dispute and conflict resolution services. She brings to the table in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and a proven track record of navigating complex contract negotiations, regulatory requirements, risk management, insurance coverage, employment issues, and dispute resolution for the construction industry.

As trusted advisor, Tami is well-known for establishing proactive legal strategies that mitigate risk and drive operational excellence, while aligning with a business’ goals for growth.

Prior to joining Fennemore, Tami worked in private practice as a commercial litigator before serving for ten years as the general counsel and then chief legal and administrative officer of a rapidly grown construction services provider where she developed a legal department and systems and processes to launch company growth from $40 million to $180 million.
