Zachary Rosenberg

Zach is an experienced commercial litigator and construction litigator who strives to be a true counselor in every sense—both a candid advisor guiding clients through difficult decisions, and a steadfast advocate in the courtroom. He helps business owners, contractors, and professionals navigate complex disputes with clear analysis, practical options, and strategic insight.

His practice covers the full spectrum of business and construction controversies, including multi-party commercial cases, contractor and invoice disputes, zoning and entitlement conflicts, and business divorces, and he handles cases from inception through trial and appeal. Zach also represents parties in matters before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Zach also brings years of experience representing companies in the solar industry, having advised and represented multi-state solar companies on numerous matters from customer contract drafting to regulatory inquiries, licensing disputes, and consumer litigation.

Zach previously clerked for Judge Peter Swann at Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals. In law school, he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and held several leadership roles in multiple student organizations. A published author on e-discovery, Zach leverages his fluency with technology to streamline litigation and deliver efficient results, including through the appropriate use of artificial intelligence to provide the maximum value to clients.

Outside the office, Zach can often be found on the sidelines of his daughter’s soccer matches. A life-long science fiction fan, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, hiking, traveling, and attending the theater.
