Fennemore, an AM Law 200 Law Firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an associate attorney with five to seven years’ quality experience in complex commercial litigation to join our growing Denver office. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participation in court proceedings. The successful candidate may work on a hybrid basis, but should be available to attend hearings, depositions, meetings, and the like, in Denver as needed. Strong academic record, excellent professional credentials, and admission to practice law in Colorado, required.

Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation structure is merit-based and considers experience, location, and overall performance. Total expected annual compensation at 1,850 hours is expected to be $210,000 to $220,000, of which $170,000 to $180,000 is paid monthly and $10,000 per quarter if minimum hours are hit. Additionally, the firm has an objective bonus system, with the average amount for full-year lawyers exceeding $30,000 in 2025. On top of this, the firm has a subjective bonus system.
Actual compensation varies based on experience, performance, and billable hours. Full compensation and benefits details will be provided to candidates during the hiring process, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
