Arish Gill
Arish Gill is an associate in our Fresno office where his work centers on business transactions, trusts and estate law, and tax controversy. His work includes drafting research memorandums, court filings, business transactional agreements, as well as demand letters and various business documents, including articles of incorporation, corporate bylaws, board and shareholder consents, and partnership agreements.
Prior to law school, Arish worked as a business development consultant with Oracle Corporation in Santa Monica.
Outside of work, Arish spends his time playing basketball, golfing, snowboarding – and cheering for the San Francisco 49ers.
