Well done is better than well said.
Chelsie works in our business litigation practice group representing enterprises and individuals in commercial and business litigation, construction disputes and defects, mechanic lien foreclosures, and trusts and estates actions. She also represents health care facilities and providers in a variety of health care law matters, including regulatory compliance, licensure, and disciplinary issues and complaints.
The granddaughter of a hardworking Las Vegas business owner, Chelsie has an affinity for helping local entrepreneurs thrive by utilizing innovative legal strategies such as alternative-fee structures. She is keenly aware of the unique needs of each client and takes a collaborative and considered approach to achieving client objectives.
A pop culture maven and gastronome, Chelsie is the one to ask what to stream and where to dine. Chelsie credits her time outside the office enjoying the performing arts, cooking with her family, and exploring the dramatic vistas of the West with giving her the energy to help others create solutions. She volunteers for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada Children’s Attorney Project.
