Eric Giersch
Eric Giersch is an attorney in Fennemore’s Sacramento office whose practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, conservatorships, and related fiduciary matters. He represents individuals, families, trustees, and beneficiaries in matters ranging from the preparation of comprehensive estate plans to the administration of complex trusts. Eric’s approach emphasizes clarity, practical problem-solving, and thoughtful guidance during pivotal life and financial transitions.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include golfing, camping, and gardening.
