He also advises clients on day-to-day business and legal issues, including contract review and negotiation, non-payment disputes, and mechanic’s lien foreclosures. With a practical, problem-solving approach, Joe focuses on identifying the core issues in each matter and pursuing efficient, business-focused resolutions.
Construction Law & Litigation Experience
With more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, Joe has represented clients in disputes arising from construction projects of all sizes. His practice spans defense of construction defect claims, contract enforcement, and payment disputes, as well as broader commercial litigation. Before joining Fennemore, he practiced at Galvanize Law, a Denver-based firm dedicated to serving the construction industry.
Broader Litigation Background
In addition to construction law, Joe has litigated complex cases involving personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and civil rights claims.
