Lexie Davis
Lexie Davis is a health care attorney in Colorado who advises medical practices, health care entities, and health care professionals on health care regulatory compliance, business operations, and agreements. Her practice includes HIPAA compliance, physician employment and shareholder agreements, health care practice formation and structuring, credentialing, and licensing. Lexie also provides compliance assistance to non-healthcare entities that store or receive health care information or otherwise may be subject to federal or state healthcare or privacy regulations.
Lexie also represents clients in state and federal civil litigation involving health care fraud and abuse pursuant to the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, or state laws, partnership or shareholder disputes, employment matters, and breach-of-contract claims, including representation through all phases of litigation.
Lexie earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.A. from Colorado State University. During law school, she served as a law clerk at the Colorado Office of the Attorney General and externed for the Honorable Douglas L. Rayes of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. She was also a teaching assistant for legal writing courses, a moot court competitor, and a staff writer and editor for the Arizona State Law Journal.
Lexie was recognized in Colorado Super Lawyers: Rising Stars for Health Care from 2024 through 2026 and named to the 2026 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America list for Commercial Litigation. She is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
