Molly Woodward

Molly Woodward is a business litigation associate at Fennemore’s Phoenix office. She represents businesses throughout Arizona in a broad range of commercial disputes, helping clients navigate complex legal issues, pursue effective litigation strategies, and protect their interests.

Molly’s Fennemore journey began as a summer associate. Both of her summers with the firm, together with her law school and professional experiences, sharpened her attention to detail and strengthened her legal research, analysis, and writing skills. She draws on those skills to craft persuasive arguments and advance her clients’ objectives.

Molly earned her J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and held several leadership positions, including Vice President of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. She earned her B.S. in criminology and criminal justice, with a minor in studio art, from Arizona State University. As an undergraduate, Molly served as a National Science Foundation Undergraduate Research Fellow with ASU’s Office of Gender-Based Violence, contributing to meaningful research.

When she isn’t working, you can find Molly in a ballet studio, reading a good book, or playing tabletop and card games.
