Nathan Bizeau

Nathan Bizeau is an associate attorney at Fennemore whose practice focuses on business litigation. He represents clients in disputes and assists with matters throughout the litigation process, including pre-litigation analysis, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, legal research, and trial preparation. Nathan brings a detail-oriented approach to identifying legal issues, developing persuasive arguments, and helping clients navigate disputes efficiently and strategically.

Nathan’s background also includes experience in appellate, constitutional, and administrative law. He served as an intern in the Solicitor General’s Office of the Missouri Attorney General, where his work included analyzing federal administrative agency actions under the Administrative Procedure Act and researching issues arising in pending litigation. He previously interned with the Solicitor General’s Office of the Idaho Attorney General, where he evaluated multistate letters and amicus briefs and conducted research involving significant state and federal legal issues. His work included drafting a letter to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit addressing the impact of a newly issued U.S. Supreme Court decision on pending litigation.
