Sol Kim

Sol Kim is a Phoenix-based business litigation associate at Fennemore. She represents businesses in commercial disputes and related litigation matters, helping clients evaluate complex legal issues, develop practical strategies, and protect their business interests.

Sol started her Fennemore journey as a summer associate, where she worked on a range of business and commercial litigation matters. Her background also includes experience with real estate transactions, land use and zoning law, giving her a broader perspective when business disputes involve property, development, contracts, or other interconnected commercial interests.

Sol earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law with a Certificate in Law, Science, and Technology. In law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal and President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She also received multiple academic scholarships and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.

She is fluent in Korean and brings an international and cross-cultural perspective to her practice. Outside the office, Sol enjoys reading, painting, and dancing.
