Stacy Porché

Stacy Porché is an associate attorney in our Business Litigation and Financial Restructuring  practice groups and works out of our Phoenix office. Her experience includes representing secured creditors, unsecured creditors, debtors and other parties in various bankruptcy matters. Stacy has represented plaintiffs and defendants in various litigation matters including foreclosure, landlord/tenant disputes, and breach of contract.

Stacy was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. Dedicated to whatever she pursues, Stacy worked full- time as a legal research assistant at the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office while attending law school at night. Stacy attended law school at Southern University Law Center, where she graduated fifth in her class. After graduating, Stacy worked as a Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, further refining her litigation and legal research skills. Stacy is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Washington DC. Additionally, she has not only litigated in various courts within the state of Arizona but also in several federal bankruptcy courts nationwide.

Outside of work, Stacy is actively involved  in the community, volunteering  monthly with the Arizona Black Bar Pro bono clinic. When she is not busy servicing client she is spending quality time with her family and traveling.
