Marco A. Robledo has over 25 years of extensive legal experience, encompassing defense and plaintiff-side representation, all phases of the litigation process at the state, federal, and appellate court levels, and across various jurisdictions. His work is concentrated in labor and employment, commercial litigation, real estate, and trial support. His experience includes assisting clients in a diverse range of litigation matters, including bad faith insurance claims, defective products, eminent domain, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy, international arbitrations, and class-action lawsuits.

Marco’s day-to-day management of cases includes calculating and maintaining case deadlines, managing large-scale document production, drafting discovery and pleadings, researching, and assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, trials, arbitrations, and pretrial hearings, as well as attending and participating in these settings. Committed to delivering exceptional results, Marco is a highly dedicated professional who consistently applies a strong work ethic to achieve outstanding outcomes for his clients.

Marco’s legal career began as a file clerk, and through dedication and continuous learning, he advanced to his current position. This journey, encompassing various positions, has instilled a profound appreciation for the invaluable contributions of each team member to a firm’s overall success. His professional endeavors also include developing and spearheading the training of legal professionals, specifically aimed at improving their proficiency in managing case dockets and task management responsibilities.

Outside of the office, Marco can be found in the great outdoors, with his family, and traveling. He is also a seasonal volunteer for organizations such as Meals on Wheels, local food banks, and animal care services.
