Rita Dougherty

Rita Dougherty is a paralegal in Fennemore’s Trusts & Estates practice group with over 25 years of experience in the legal field. Specializing in trust administration and probate, she assists our attorneys with all phases of trust administration and probate in guiding families through the complex process of trust/estate settlement and asset distribution.

Rita earned her Paralegal Certificate from Napa Valley College in 2002. In 2007, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Outside of the office, Rita can be found spending quality time with friends and family, especially her son. She also enjoys going to concerts, attending A’s baseball games, and watching a good horror movie.
