Wendel Rosen Partner Virginia Palmer Elected to Management Committee

OAKLAND, Calif., Feb. 22, 2018 – Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the Bay Area and the state, has elected Partner Virginia Palmer to the firm’s Management Committee.

Palmer, who most recently served as co-chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group, will be instrumental in the firm’s strategic planning and recruiting efforts, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. In her practice, she focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, mediation and elder law. She has worked with families and individuals on their estate planning and has a special interest in assisting LGBTQ and blended families with their unique needs. Palmer is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estates Lawyers and is the former co-chair of the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers’ Estate Planning Committee. A frequent author and speaker on estate planning-related issues, she has presented before a wide variety of legal, professional and private organizations across the West Coast. Palmer has been selected for inclusion in Northern California Super Lawyers every year since 2004.
