Wendel Rosen Welcomes Marc Brainich to Litigation Practice

Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the state, has added Marc Brainich to its Litigation Practice Group.

With more than two decades of experience, he’s tackled a variety of litigation matters that promise to cement the strength of our client service offerings across the spectrum,” said Managing Partner Daniel Rapaport.

With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Brainich has handled cases involving mass toxic torts, personal injuries and product and premises liability issues across various industries, including energy, manufacturing, shipping, utilities and governmental entities, as well as general liability, CERCLA and real estate matters. Brainich joins the firm from Buty & Curliano LLP in Oakland.  Prior to that, he worked more than 15 years at Sedgwick LLP in San Francisco.

Brainich is a member of the California Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco, and he has mentored high school students in the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s Mock Trial Program. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (1997), his M.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (1984) and his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara (1979).
