Raymond "Trey" Frye III

Raymond “Trey” Frye III  is an Associate at the firm practicing business litigation. He helps clients with construction, real estate, and environmental litigation matters.

Trey earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU). During his time in law school, he was an editor for the Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, an intern for Judge Catlett with the Arizona Court of Appeals, and Judge Wein and Whitehead with the Superior Court of Arizona. He was also a representative for the Student Bar Association and Corporate and Business Law Society and a law clerk for the City of Fresno. As part of his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley, he completed a thesis about drought impact and coping mechanisms in rural vs. urban areas.

Trey is an avid sports fan, particularly for the San Francisco 49ers, the San Francisco Giants, and the Sacramento Kings. In the summer, you can find him wakeboarding at Huntington Lake; in the winter, he’ll be hitting the ski slopes.
