Fennemore, an AM Law 200 Law Firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an associate attorney with at least four years’ quality experience in complex commercial litigation to join our established and dynamic Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have strong case management experience, including discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participation in court proceedings, with excellent oral and written advocacy skills and significant legal research experience.  Arizona Bar membership, or ability to be admitted upon motion, required. Fennemore offers a flexible work environment, allowing for hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
