Andrew Ellingsen

Andrew Ellingsen is an associate attorney in Fennemore’s Natural Resources group. He works with businesses, developers, contractors, property owners, and other clients to navigate complex environmental and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Fennemore, Andrew practiced at a boutique business law firm, assisting companies and individuals in commercial disputes, construction matters, and real estate litigation. Andrew also worked with clients on an array of transactional matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, commercial leasing, and real estate purchase and sale agreements.

Before becoming an attorney, Andrew gained firsthand experience in the real estate, construction, engineering, and architecture industries. This multidisciplinary background gives Andrew practical insight into the challenges facing developers, contractors, property owners, and businesses throughout a project’s lifecycle, enabling him to provide tailored legal advice grounded in the client’s specific needs and objectives.

An Arizona native, Andrew is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking and spending time with family in his free time.
