Dallas Fox

Dallas Fox is a Trusts & Estates attorney at Fennemore who helps individuals and families develop comprehensive estate plans, protect assets, and transfer wealth to future generations in a tax-efficient manner. Born and raised in Cave Creek, Arizona, and admitted to practice in Arizona and California, Dallas prepares estate planning documents paired with summary diagrams that illustrate the overall estate plan using a clear, straightforward approach.

Dallas has experience preparing revocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. He also assists clients in establishing irrevocable trusts for tax-planning and creditor-protection purposes, such as spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), and irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs).

Known for a detail-oriented and responsive approach to client service, Dallas works closely with clients throughout the estate planning process, from initial planning through document execution and trust funding. Dallas brings a strong foundation in estate and gift taxation, advanced estate planning, and community property law to help clients navigate complex planning considerations.

Outside the office, Dallas is a lifelong Arizona Cardinals season ticket holder and supporter of U.S. Soccer. When he is not cheering from the stands, he enjoys dining at new restaurants with his wife, Madison, and spending time with their Italian greyhound, Yvie.
