East Bay Rising with The Registry

The East Bay sets itself apart from the rest of the Bay Area.  Its broad and connected geography offers a vast array of industries from biotech and life sciences to manufacturing, transportation, export and trade.

With a lot of promise and potential, the East Bay may be starting a new episode of its story.  Our session will start with a presentation on the transformative world of GE’s “industrial Internet,” presented by William “Bill” Ruh.  Moderated by Vladimir Bosanac, publisher for The Registry, the executive panel will follow with insight from some of the area’s most prominent and deeply immersed property owners into the East Bay’s tech culture, evolving downtown Oakland and the economic prognosis in the months ahead.

Keynote speaker:

William Ruh, Vice President, Global Software Center, GE Global Research

Executive panel:

  • Jeanne Myerson, Chief Executive Officer, The Swig Company
  • Christopher Peatross, President, Swift Realty Partners
