Employment Law Update 2016
Wendel Rosen employment attorneys David Goldman and Chris Noma will present “New Employment Laws in 2016 That Will Impact Your Business,” on Wednesday November 18 in the David I. Wendel Conference Center, 1111 Broadway, Oakland.
The employment-related legislation passed by the California Legislature in 2015, which will go into effect on January 1, 2016, gives modest relief to employers in one area. However, as usual, the new laws establish new and more difficult burdens for employers.
