The firm’s litigators leverage their deep knowledge of trust and estate law, as well as their procedural and tactical litigation skills, to guide clients through these complex, and often emotional, matters. The firm regularly handles all types of trust- and estate-related litigations, including trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty actions, financial elder abuse actions, contested conservatorships and trust and estate related tax and accounting disputes.
