Ashley VanTol
Ashley is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation group, where she focuses on civil, commercial, and construction litigation. She represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes and regularly manages cases from pre-litigation strategy through trial and resolution, overseeing motion practice, discovery, and overall litigation strategy. Ashley has hands-on courtroom experience and has played key roles in both bench and jury trials, giving her a practical understanding of litigation strategy and trial advocacy.
Known for her analytical approach and commitment to client-centered service, Ashley works closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver practical, results driven legal solutions in high-stakes business disputes.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. She served as Senior Editor of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law, strengthening her research, writing, and analytical skills in business and commercial law.
Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California, graduating summa cum laude at the top of her class. As a first-generation college student, her
academic achievements reflect the dedication, discipline, and work ethic she brings to her legal practice.
Outside the office, Ashley enjoys cheering on USC football, skiing with friends, and spending time with her two dogs, Barley and Gus
