
Emma Sargent
Emma Sargent is an Associate in Fennemore’s Business Litigation group, helping clients with all matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Emma was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Charlotte N. Sweeney at the United States District Court, District of Colorado. There, she gained valuable insight into civil rights, contract disputes, insurance, and other areas. Emma also has experience in commercial litigation and employment law.
Emma earned her law degree at the University of Colorado Law School, where she served on law review and moot court, externed for multiple judges, and interned at a law firm and the Denver City Attorneys Office. Prior to law school, she worked as a policy analyst for a health care nonprofit.
