Kate Bartholomy
Kate Bartholomy is an attorney in Fennemore’s Labor & Employment practice group. She advises and defends employers in all areas of employment law, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodations, compliance, and contract drafting. Kate has a particular interest in investigations and witness interviews, and enjoys uncovering the facts necessary to win lawsuits.
Prior to joining Fennemore, Kate clerked in the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, for the Honorable Alison S. Bachus. She earned her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she was a Teaching Assistant and gained practical experience through her work in the Civil Rights Restoration Clinic and the Federal Public Defender’s Office. During law school, Kate gained additional judicial experience through an externship with the Honorable Robert Brooks of the Maricopa County Superior Court and an internship with the American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys cheering on the Arizona Diamondbacks, trying out new recipes, discovering local coffee shops, and spending time with her dog, Emmy—who rarely misses an adventure.
