Patrick McManus
Patrick McManus is an attorney in Fennemore’s Business Litigation practice group. As an experienced litigator and trial attorney, he assists clients with complex business matters, real estate, construction disputes, and employment law. He also represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, advocating before judges, juries, arbitrators, and appellate courts.
Patrick has represented general contractors and subcontractors in a variety of construction disputes. His representative experience covers a broad range of areas, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, Miller Act claims, licensure issues, and delay, disruption, and acceleration claims. He also holds significant experience guiding clients in litigation involving California’s public bidding laws and conflict of interest laws.
Outside of practicing law, Patrick has devoted significant time to furthering legal education in San Diego, CA. Patrick has served as an adjunct professor at The University of San Diego School of Law, California Western School of Law, and San Diego State University. He has instructed students on a plethora of topics, including Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, and Contract Law.
