Sherryl K. Kellogg

Sherryl Kellogg is a paralegal whose legal career began in 2018. She assists clients with trust administration, estate planning, preparation of federal estate tax returns (Form 706), and entity-related matters.

Before transitioning into her current paralegal role, she worked as a legal secretary, developing a strong foundation in client service, document preparation, matter coordination, and the day-to-day management of legal matters. This experience allows her to approach her work with substantive knowledge and careful attention to organization, accuracy, and deadlines. She also assists with a broad range of entity-related matters, including business formations, state filings, annual records maintenance, and the preparation and organization of corporate governance documents. She is also a Notary Public.

As she continues to grow in her paralegal role, her primary emphasis will be supporting the firm’s entity practice and helping clients maintain accurate, timely, and well-organized business records. She values clear communication, dependable follow-through, and practical problem-solving. Sherryl takes pride in providing responsive support to attorneys and clients and in helping matters move forward efficiently and professionally.

In her spare time, Sherryl can be found spending time with her grandkids, gardening, and reading.
