Wendel Rosen Attorneys Appointed to State Leadership Positions

Wendel Rosen is proud to announce two of its attorneys have been awarded distinguished roles at California’s top professional organizations – California Bankruptcy Forum and California Lawyers Association (Trust and Estates Section).

Tracy Green, a partner and chair of Wendel Rosen’s insolvency practice group, was appointed as the 2020-2021 President of the California Bankruptcy Forum after serving on its executive board for three years.

Judith Tang, a partner and co-chair of Wendel’s Trust and Estates practice group, was appointed to the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association’s Trusts and Estates Section (TEXCOM) as a member for a six-year term.

“These are career milestones,”  said Wendel Managing Partner Dan Rapaport. “We are incredibly proud of Tracy and Judith for their professional accomplishments and are pleased to have additional members of the firm represented in these organizations.”

California Bankruptcy Forum is a professional organization comprised of accountants, appraisers, auctioneers, attorneys, bankers, brokers, consultants, crisis managers, judges and trustees. The Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association actively participates in the formation of legislation and regulations that impact trust and estate laws, represents section members in the governance of the Association and participates in educational opportunities that further the knowledge of trust and estate laws.
