Construction Litigation Attorney

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with four to seven years’ of quality experience in construction contract litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in matters involving disputes regarding delay or disruption claims, mechanic’s liens, stop notices, and change orders.Excellent writing skills are required, and deposition, oral argument, and trial experience is a plus. The successful candidate may work on a hybrid basis. California Bar membership required.

Compensation:  Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based, and varies depending upon multiple factors including experience, location and productivity.  The estimated salary for a fourth year attorney who fills this position in San Diego is no less than $175,000 annually, plus a generous objective and subjective bonus program.  The base salary and bonuses increase with more experience and productivity above expectations.
