Fennemore Represents Shark Tank Contestant in Partnership Deal with O’Leary Productions USA, LLC

Fennemore attorney Nicholas Thompson represented Wedding Weekender, LLC and its founders and majority members, Anne Marie Carroll and Bryan Carroll, in an investment by O’Leary Productions USA, LLC, one of Kevin O’Leary’s Shark Tank entities.

Anne Marie and Bryan were featured on Shark Tank on September 30, 2026, where they negotiated Kevin O’Leary’s $350,000 investment in Wedding Weekender in consideration for 20 percent ownership in the company.[JJ1]  The investment will help meet the growing demand for affordable wedding videography.

Nick successfully negotiated, drafted, and finalized the governing LLC Operating Agreement for Wedding Weekender for this partnership between founders and O’Leary Productions USA and the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to memorialize and reflect O’Leary Productions USA’s investment and purchase of a Membership Interest in Wedding Weekender.

Wedding Weekender is a Denver-based wedding company that rents out handheld camcorders for couples to capture their wedding weekend and edits the footage into a finished film. View the full episode here.
