Fennemore attorneys Nicholas Thompson, Erik Olson, and Alexander Jordan served as legal counsel to Ruth Aponté, sole shareholder of Aponté Public Affairs, Inc., d/b/a Aponté & Busam, in the sale of 100% of the company and its business to Edith Busam via stock sale.
Fennemore provided comprehensive transaction representation for Ruth Aponté in this process, including the negotiation, drafting, and finalizing of the governing purchase and sale agreement documents to effectuate the Closing of the sale on Wednesday, September 30.
