Negotiating Key Issues in Office Leases

Wendel Rosen attorney Gregg Ankenman was invited to present at NRTA’s 2015 Annual Conference.  His presentation, “Negotiating Key Issues in Office Leases,” will focus on successful negotiation strategies and tactics for some of the key issues in today’s office leasing market. Following a mock negotiation approach with real world case studies, this program will cover current trends in office leasing, market-driven lease clauses, and practical solutions to thorny legal, economic, technical, and administrative problems.
